Jessie Bussey

Funeral service for Jessie Pearl Bussey, 93, of Anniston, will be 1pm Thursday, November 12th 2015 at Iron City Baptist Church with Pastors Cody Hale, Billy Murray, and George Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Iron City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm, Wednesday night at Iron City Baptist Church. Mrs. Bussey passed away Monday in Cleburne Co.

Survivors include her two sons, Dennis Bussey and Phillip Bussey (Cindy); grandchildren, Jennifer Green (Jason), Brandy Noe (Jason), Layton Bussey, and Landry Bussey; great-grandchildren, Hayden Green, Emma Noe, and Piper Noe.

Mrs. Bussey is preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Lindsey (Nep) Bussey; her parents; brothers; Cecil, Luke, Lewis, and Houston Hamm ; and sister, Grace Burgess.

Pallbearers will be Mike White, Anthony Burgess, Bill Bussey, Gene Bussey, Scot Jenkins, and Steve Bragg

Mrs. Bussey was a native of Anniston and a lifelong member of Iron City Baptist Church. She loved flowers and fishing, and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff of Cleburne County Nursing Home for caring for mom for the last five years.
