Missed most of the music later. Life with children and family. Missed all the others, never knew they were down the road. 
As the days pass on to another generation so it is better for them. 
Many songs written. Many days pass without looking back. Many songs ahead of our hearts. The melody of our lives.

This is the first Father's Day that I haven't seen or talked to you. It's been a hard one for sure. There's so much that I want to talk to you about. So much I want to tell you. You taught me so much about life. Although I'm still seeking answers, you taught me more than enough about how to find them. I couldn't have asked for a better father, role model, or friend. Thank you for being my Deddy and for taking the time that you did with Jonah and I. Happy Father's Day, Deddy. I love you and I miss you something fierce.

I have had so many good times growing up around Jody and still remain friends till this said day,  I will miss you my brother.. Your best friend  and golfing buddy.
