Graveside service for Ms. Joyce (Granny) Burns, 78, Anniston will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, July 25, 2020, at Anniston Memorial Gardens with Dr. Todd Stewart officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 until 10:30 am at Chapel Hill Funeral Home.

Granny passed away on July. 21, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her daughters, Melinda Burns and Christy Shirley (David); son, Randy Burns (Janis); granddaughters, Lacey Gokey (Travis) and Branna Burns; grandsons, Hunter Burns and Jonathan Shirley; great-grandson, Lathan Gokey; great-granddaughter, Sarah Gokey.

Ms. Joyce Burns is preceded in death by husband, Billy Burns; parents, Troy and Rosa Burgess; brothers, Alvin Burgess and Royce Burgess; sister, Sara Wade

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Shirley, Hunter Burns, David Rexrode, Tyler Rexrode, Brian Guthary, Rodney Greenwood and Randy Brown

Joyce was a member of First Baptist Church of Saks.
