Survivors include her brothers Larry Gable (Marlies) of The Villages, Florida, Carter Gable (Diane), Rodney Gable and Gary Gable all of Anniston and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents William T. and Elsie Gable, sister Joan Sprayberry and a brother Dennis Gable.
Ms. Gable lived in Anniston most of her life, was graduate of Anniston High School and was a member of Parker Memorial Baptist Church. She retired from Bell South of Al. she loved the Atlanta Braves and was a Huge Auburn Tigers Football Fan. But most of all she loved her family and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to express deep gratitude to the staff at NHC Health Care of Anniston, and a special thanks to Ms. Mary Parker for all her help over the past year.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to charity of your choice in honor of Ms. Gable.
