Funeral service for Lois Marie McKibben Hubbard, 93 of Anniston will be 12:00 noon, Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary with Dr. Roland Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Forestlawn Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00-12:00 prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Hubbard died Sunday at Autumn Cove Retirement Community in Golden Springs.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Andrea Nichols (Lance) of Eastaboga, Russell Self (Jennifer) of Hannibal, MO, and Joseph Self (Jennifer Pugh) of Birmingham; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Hannah Self and Lance, Tia and Isaac Nichols.
Mrs. Hubbard is preceded in death by her husband, John I. Hubbard Jr., daughter, Marie Hubbard Self; and twelve brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Hubbard was a native of Ragland and a resident of Eastaboga for 44 years and a resident of Anniston since 2001. She attended Golden Springs Baptist Church and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and was a former member of the Eastern Star.
