Boots had a deep and unwavering love for her family, who were the greatest joy of her life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend—always offering a listening ear, gentle comfort, and a heart full of compassion.
Her life was a reflection of her strong faith and personal relationship with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, which guided her in all she did. She faithfully served at First Baptist Church of Weaver as a Sunday School teacher and was actively involved in ministry, pouring into the lives of others with love and truth. She also dedicated her time to serving in the community at the Baptist Service Center, where she ministered to the homeless and those in need. When someone touched her heart, she would go out of her way to provide for them—often returning with whatever they needed, along with a reminder that they were loved and that Jesus loved them. Her kindness, generosity, and servant’s heart left a lasting impact on all who knew and loved her.
