Funeral services for Myrtie Sue Day, 85 of Alexandria will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Pastor Robby Joplin officiating. Burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Survivors include her daughters, Cathy Nabors (Ken) and Barbara Rogers; her son, Doug Day (Lisa); six granddaughters; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Stella Houston (Gene); brother, Johnny Fleming (Gladys) and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Day; son, David Day; son-in-law, Mike Rogers and brother, Harold Dean Fleming.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Ramsey, Micah Willis, Jeremy Shepherd, Tyler Holtman, Jerod Griffin, Anthony Fleming, Byron Sanders and Derick Houston.
