She is survived by her son, Wesley Miller; her sister, Peggy Mitchell; her brother, James Mitchell; sisters-in-law, Jane Mitchell and Darlene Mitchell and her grandchildren, Ashlyn Miller, Hunter Miller, and Peyton Miller. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Renzie and Ludie Mitchell; her sister, Janice Fowler; and her brothers, Ronnie Mitchell and Mike Mitchell.
Visitation will be held at Patton Chapel Baptist Church, located at 14323 Jackson Trace Rd, Lincoln, AL 35096, on November 9, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at the same location, starting at 2:00 pm. A graveside service will take place at Antioch Cemetery, 3014 Taylors Chapel Rd, Eastaboga, AL 36260.
Ms. Mitchell leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and connection. She cherished her grandchildren, showering them with affection and guidance. Her family was her rock, and she delighted in sharing laughter and adventures with them. One of her greatest joys was gathering around the TV for Family Feud. She also loved reading in her past time. Her love for her son and her family knew no bounds, and she took pride in watching them grow and thrive. Her greatest gift was making everyone feel like family, welcoming strangers with open arms and a warm smile. Her memory will live on through the countless hearts she touched. She was everyone's favorite Aunt Patsy.
