Funeral service for Robert Lewis Beal, 78, of Anniston, will be 2:00 PM, Friday, December 13, 2013, at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary with Rev. Norris Brooks officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12 – 2 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Beal died Wednesday at his home.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Beal; Daughters, Patricia Newsome (Roi) and Robin Beal; sister, Mary Vellotti; brothers, T.J. Beal (Shirley); Early Jim Beal (Louise), and Billy Joe Beal (Beatrice); 5 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Mr. Beal is preceded in death by his Son, Jeffrey L. Beal; Parents, Robert T. and Ollie A. Kimbrough Beal; Sister, Iva Marie Timms; and Brother, John Beal.
Mr. Beal was a native of Calhoun County and retired from MCD with over 20 years employment. He was a loving father and husband who will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Donations can be made to Alacare Hospice in his honor.
