Robert Thermon Heath

Funeral Services for Robert Heath, 71 of Anniston will be Sunday at 2:00 P.M. at Harvest Church of God with Pastor Jerry Erwin and Don Maddox officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Mr. Heath passed away Thursday at his residence.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years Patsey Lewis Heath, daughter Holley Heath Sanders (Ronald), sons Robert Douglas Heath and Phil Mario Heath (Jo-Lynn), sister Betty Wheatcraft (Dorman, brother James Heath (Judy), grandchildren Riley Josephine Sanders, Phil Mario Heath Jr., Joshua A.L. Abbott, Chrystal D. Wise, Cynthia L. Abbott, great grandchildren Keeley Wise, Xander Wise, Brison Abbott, Will Foster, Daxon Heath and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Heath is preceded in death by his parents J.T. and Dorothy Heath, brother Joe Heath, sisters Bobbie Griffin, Edna Mae Smith and Joyce Leggett.

Pallbearers will be family.

Mr. Heath was a native of Talladega and a resident of Calhoun County. He served in the US Army. He was a member of Harvest Church of God for 52 years, graduated Ayers Technical College in 1977, and he retired from US Pipe. He loved hunting fishing and gardening. He was an active church member, drove the church bus and usher for years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be deeply missed and remembered always.
