Graveside services for Mrs. Ruth Pitts 82 of Eastaboga will be Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at Pine Hill Cemetery in Talladega. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11 am till 12:15 pm at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary. Mrs. Pitts Passed away on March 16, 2020 at her residence.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Hollis, Sons, Stanley Hollis and his wife Lola, Steve Hollis and Stacey Hollis, sister, Shirley Olson, brother, Fred Skelton, grandchildren, Stephanie Hollis, Jake Hollis, Lesley Davis, Wendy Hollis, Steven Hollis, Sherry Hollis Shannon Rodd and Tyler Middendof, and ten great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Pitts was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Pitts, grandson, Jeffery Grayson and parents, Fred and Zaddie Skelton.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Mrs. Pitts was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. She worked for Oxford Fashions for 20 years. Mrs. Pitts also worked for Marvel Cleaners and Golden Living Healthcare. Mrs. Pitts was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister who will be dearly missed.
