Zachary Zach Evan Baker

Alexandria – Funeral service for Mr. Zachary Evan Baker, 19, will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 13, 2011, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Jonathan Fitzpatrick and Rev. Billy Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday night from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Baker passed away Saturday, December 10, 2011.

Survivors include his parents, Kimberly Renee and Jeffry E. Baker; Grandparents Linda and Huey Baker, Yvonne and Donald Hill; great-grandparents, Lenora Birdwell, Edna Baker; aunts and uncles, Brandon and Misty Stedham, Jathan and Melea Futral, Jonathan and Kristie Fitzpatrick; cousins, Caelyn and Jacob Stedham, Jansen

and Colin and Emma Futral, Joshlyn and Jordan Fitzpatrick; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Mr. Baker was a lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He loved to fish, played football for 11 years, played basketball, baseball and was an avid Alabama Crimson Tide Fan, and was a senior at Alexandria High School.

Pallbearers will be Mason Prickett, Brandon Stedham, Blake Turner, Tim Norris, Tyrel Tucker, Jathan Futral, and Craig Bearden. Honorary pallbearers will be Garrett Bell, Matt Nicholas, Brody Ponder, Ronnie Carr, Noah Tavis, and Bradley Whitehead.

He was preceded in death by his Grandpa, James A. Stedham; Great-grandparents, Bernard Fielder, Robert Baker, James A. and Myrtle Taylor, William and Gertrude Stedham.
