Age 54 of Champlin, Minnesota passed away on March 17, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barb.
Scott is survived by his daughters, Cara & Maddie and their mother, Julie; father, Duane; siblings, Jeff, Mike (Brooke), Valerie (Craig) Martin and Vicki (Jim) Quirk; nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.
He enjoyed fishing, collecting and sports of all sorts. We will remember your vivid blue eyes, your mischievous grin, your competitive nature with anything involving a ball, puck or deck of cards and your love for your girls.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00PM, Sunday, March 22, 2015 with gathering of family and friends 1 hour prior to the service at the Gearhart Anoka Chapel, 552 East River Rd., Anoka.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the ALS Association.
