Preceded in death by parents Carl & Ruth Brock, sister Ruby, brothers; Robert, Melvin, Norman, David, and grandson Chad.
Survived by her brother Bill (Colleen) Brock, sister Nancy Bever, children Bill (Becky) Spence, Jerry Spence, Charles Dennis, Garth (Lori) Dennis, Cindy (Scott) Finn, Mark (Monica) Dennis, 17 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and many other special family and friends.
Vi was a dedicated mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt & friend. She was a very hard worker. She retired from Honeywell where she worked for 23 yrs, couldn’t sit still and worked for another 15 yrs at Kelber Catering. She enjoyed car shows, family gatherings, being outdoors, craft sales, always on the go taking care of everyone except herself because she was stubborn.
She had a heart of gold with a beautiful soul. She would help anyone even if that meant taking the shirt off her back. She had the best sense of humor, was loving, caring, genuine, supportive, and thoughtful for her family and many friends. She will be deeply missed by many. This world won’t be the same without her.
Visitation will be held on July 12, 2021 at 10:00 am at Gearhart Anoka Funeral Home, 552 E River Rd, Anoka, MN. Followed by a celebration of Life at 11:00 am, followed with a luncheon at 12:00pm. Interment will be held on July 12, 2021 at 2:30 pm at Forest Hill Cemetery, 621 Church Street, Anoka, MN.
