Kenneth "Ken" Hayes St. John

Kenneth “Ken” Hayes St. John, 88 of Apopka, FL passed away on November 2, 2018. He was born on July 16, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan to Charles and Beulah St. John. Ken is survived by his loving wife, Evelyn Martin St. John; his sons: Dan (Jan) St. John of Jacksonville, Florida and Mike (Tammara) St. John of Clearwater, Florida; his brother: Glenn (Karen) St. John of Roseville, Michigan; his step sons: Rick (Lisa) and Scott Martin of Sorrento, Florida and his 2 grandchildren: Ryan St. John and Cory St. John.

Ken retired from the U. S. Air Force in 1968 after serving 20 years. He settled in Orlando, Florida where he was employed with Super Foods services until 1992. His passion was playing softball with several senior tournament leagues locally. He was a member of Mt. Dora Baptist Church, Mt. Dora, Florida. He leaves behind many relatives and longtime friends.

A Celebration of Ken’s Life will be held on Saturday, November 17 at 2 PM at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, Apopka, Florida. Inurnment will be at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery in Mims, Florida at a later date.
