I am so sorry to hear of James's passing. I lived in the neighborhood growing up with the O'Ham family , I remember hanging out with him and the Teal's and riding the school bus with him and his brothers.
He was such a caring young man and was always easy to talk to and a good friend.

James you will be missed. I have known you my entire life. From all the times we hung out on Greer Street with all my family and yours. My brothers were some of your best friends. You have always be so kind to me flirty at times but we had a great bond. You will be always in my heart.. 

Many trips to the race track, camping in the infield, beach trips , working on the race car, supper at our house to delivering flowers. You always managed to show up for the important stuff. Rest well friend, the turmoil of life is over and your new life has begun.
