Glenn loved hunting and fishing and especially loved catfishing on the Cape Fear River. In his younger years, Glenn rode motorcycles and was an avid skydiver, making close to 1000 jumps. He would often share stories of his wilder years and of the trouble he got into, and enjoyed a good prank or practical joke.
Glenn is survived by his wife, Diane Murray; children Clayton Murray, Amy Murray, and Destiny Grochowski; grandchildren, Zachary, Logan, Maylee, and Ellie; brother Andrew Murray; and nephew Justice Murray, and great-niece Lilly Anne. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Anne Murray.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
