Lonnie is preceded in death by his father.

Surviving Lonnie is his wife of 20 years and 11 months, Tonya Underwood Church; sons Lonnie Slade Church and Matthew Alexander Church; 1 step daughter and 1 step son; his mother, Patricia Taylor Church; brother Spencer Jack “Peanut” Church and wife Michelle; brother David Jack Church and wife Rita; 3 nephews and their wives; 1 niece and her husband; 1 step nephew and 1 step niece; 1 great nephew and 5 great nieces; 1 step great nephew; 4 great great nephews and 1 great great niece.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Lonnie Church “GoFundMe”.

Family will be at 4935 Deaton Road, Trinity, NC 27370 for those that wish to stop and pay respects.
