As time went on, many got sick and the project was eliminated, so she took this project home with her and continued to make them in her home. She thoroughly enjoyed making quilts and sleeping bags and made a few patterns of her own to bring pleasure to the handicapped. As her health failed, she quit making them. She was a member of Flint Hill Community Church and served as a deaconess and Primary Sunday School teacher for many years. She was a loving Mother to her children and a wonderful friend to all who knew her. Our Loss is Heavens Gain.
