Her daughter Shannon was born in 1963 and in 1964 the family moved to the Chicagoland area eventually settling in Arlington Heights in 1966. Her son Spencer was born in 1969. Anita was an outstanding artist, an early entrepreneur, a talented dancer, had a green thumb, and was very active in community and church activities among which were the Girl Scouts, and most importantly was a loving and caring friend, mother, grandmother and wife.Anita is survived by her husband of 54 years, Barry, her daughter Shannon, her son Spencer, her daughter-in-law Lexie, her grandson Charles; her companion Lana Hoffmann and her many beloved friends.
