Beverly J. Stedman (nee Sargent), 83, of Mount Prospect, Illinois was born April 23, 1938 to the late George and Ellen Stedman and peacefully passed away at The Abington of Glenview on Friday, November 19, 2021, with family at her side. Beverly was the beloved wife and is happily reunited with her dear late husband, Edward T. Stedman; she was the cherished mother of Steven (Sue) Edward Stedman, George (Patsy) L Stedman, Julie (Tim) Stedman Kirkwood; loving grandmother of Alexa, Courtney and Joseph Stedman, and Christopher, Sophie, Allie, Sara and Mason Kirkwood - all of whom who she spoiled with her love and generosity on a daily basis; and dear sister of George “Skip” (Linda) Sargent.
Beverly worked for many years at Wheeling High School and Arlington Heights Library. She was very active at the Arlington Heights Senior center. When she had free time she was found helping her children and their families, playing games, cards and pouring joy into everyone’s lives.
