C. Russell Lockwood, 95, formerly of Arlington Heights was born October 10, 1922 in Lancaster, PA to William and Florence (nee Fenstermacher) Lockwood and passed away October 12, 2017. Russell earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1949 and received his Juris Doctor in 1951, both from the University of Nebraska. He was the beloved husband of the late Eloise (nee Fehr) Lockwood; loving father of David (Debra) Lockwood, Ann (Frank) Rosenberg and Susan (Dominick) Martini, cherished grandfather of 6 and dear brother of Richard (Beverly) Lockwood and the late Muriel Schetromph. Visitation will be Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 10:00 AM until time of the funeral service at 11:30 AM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Interment will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to First Presbyterian Church of Arlington Heights, 302 S.
