Elaine K. Pittas

Elaine K. Pittas was born August 16, 1934 in Washington DC to Alexander and Gertrude (nee Stanton) Konouck. She died October 1, 2016 at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.Through the years, she was active and supported various activities in St. James Church and at St. Viator High School." She loved spending time at the Beach House in South Carolina with her Friends and Family.Elaine is survived by her husband of 62 years John F. Pittas: her children Jay (Denise) Pittas, Teri (Robert) Walsh, Greg (Peggy) Pittas, Marc Pittas, Doug Pittas, Dave Pittas, and Jim (Kristy) Pittas; twenty-three (23) grandchildren and nineteen (19) great grandchildren.Elaine is proceeded in death by her Parents, brother James Konouck and his wife Barbara, and her grandson Timothy.Visitation Friday, October 7, 2016 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights."
