Gaetana was married for 61 years to her beloved husband Antonino; loving mother of Marie Cira Giovenco, John (Mena) Giovenco and Rita (Bill) Donnelly; cherished grandmother of Tianna (Eric) Turton, Amanda, Anthony, Conner, John Luke, Matthew and Mitchell; great-grandmother of Ava and Jax; dear sister of Angela (late Salvatore) Panettone, Antonino (Mary) Scianna, Maria Scianna and the late Giovanni (late Lina Scianna, the late Giuseppe (late Teresa) Scianna, and the late Francesco “Sam” (Caryn) Scianna and fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 4-8 PM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Prayers will be said Friday, August 23 at 9:15 AM at the funeral home and proceed to St. James Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM.
Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum.
