Gayle Ann Evans was born December 17, 1943 in Chicago to Adolph and Angeline (nee Kuhel) Klancnik. She died May 5, 2023 at The Grove at the Lake in Zion.
Gayle is survived by her brother Ken (Kathy) Klancnik; her nephews Christopher (Leslie) and Robert (Sarah); her niece Carrie (Rod) Prickett.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation May 10, 2023 at Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church, 440 S. Mitchell Ave., Arlington Heights, IL 60005 from 10:30 AM until the time of Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
