Hannah Elizabeth, infant daughter of Cara and Ed Siebert, and twin sister of Nathan David, was born November 4, 2011, and died November 5, 2011. Visitation will be Friday, November 11, from 7:00-9:00 pm, at Lauterberg and Oehler Funeral Home in Arlington Heights, IL. At 10:00 am on Saturday, November 12, a prayer service will be held at the funeral home, followed by burial at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Palatine. Donations to the Bereavement Infant Group at Advocate Christ Medical Center, Oak Lawn, will be greatly appreciated.
