Casey And I just found out about Dr Chorzempa and are deeply saddened by this loss. May he rest in peace and the memories you have of him , help you through the pain of this loss!!

My husband and I had been patients of Dr Chorzempa since about 1975  Dr Jim always had a hug for me when I arrived for my appointment. He always had a smile for everyone that walked in the door.

Dr. Chorzempa was our dentist for as long as I can remember before his retirement.  I never met a happier man who loved his job and kept people smiling pearly whites. He will be missed by all who ever met him. His stories and jokes were told with a sparkle in his eye.  May he rest in peace.

Jim was my dentist since moving to Arlington Heights in 1977 and my dentist until he retired.  Such a kind person.  My family were a part of his practice, too.  He would always ask about each and every one when I saw him.  We shared so much through the years and he will always have a special place in my heart.  My condolences to his family.

Dr. Chorzempa was my dentist from the early 1980's. He cared for my three sons from baby teeth through braces and beyond, even squirming in my lap! I always felt that we were in the best of hands. I will remember him always as a special man.

He was the very best. He saved my son’s teeth after 2 were knocked out. It was amazing dental care. We’ve known him for 45 years and will always remember his great sense of humor and excellent care. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear. Just spoke with him a few months ago, and we were hoping to meet up in the near future.
Jim and I bowled together on the M.G. Moose League back in the 70's. I was one of his 1st patients when he started practicing in Glenview, and was happy for him when he retired.  A great guy. One of the Best!

32 years Sir, Dr C even though I truly did not like going to the dentist you took all the fear away! I was blessed to have you there for so many years and then to be able to bring my kids to you for a few years before retirement.  We all loved you and so beyond sad to hear of your passing! I was one of Jim’s early patients. I had a filling fall out the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We were new to the area. A neighbor gave me his number. I called, got a message, he called back and met me in the office. I had been a dental assistant and handed him the instruments. He was absolutely the best. When I moved to Ohio in 2003 I knew I’d never find a dentist as wonderful as Jim.  My deepest sympathy to his family, friends and patients.

Doctor Chorzempa was my dentist for over 35 years.  he was kind, caring, and always made me laugh.  he had a beautiful spirit and  a zest for life.   l am grateful to have known not only a great denist  but a wonderful person as well.
