James R. Hansen, 59, of Crystal Lake was born July 29, 1954 to the late Bernice (nee Rumpel) and the late Robert (Maryann) Hansen and passed away suddenly December 17, 2013. Jim was the beloved husband of Enriqueta L. nee Lim; dear step-father of Marie (John) Demko and Mark R. Jahnke; step grandfather of Taylor and Riley; loving brother of Stephen P. (Karen) Hansen, William C. Hansen and Carol E. (Ron) Elkins and fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, December 20, 2013 from 4-8 PM at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Prayers Saturday, December 21 at 9:15 AM at the funeral home and proceed to St. James Church, 831 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights for a funeral Mass at 10 AM. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to American Red Cross Typhoon Relief Fund- Philipines.
