Jane Mable Olszowka

Born on April 12, 1931, in Chicago, to the late Carl Hjalmar Swanson and the late Hedwig Swanson (nee Bahr); she is reunited with the love of her life, the late George Olszowka. Beloved mother of Linda (Dan) Baron and Lori (Mark) Boyle; cherished grandmother of Chrissy (Tim) Harrold, Jenny (Curtis) Hollabaugh, Patrick (Cori) Boyle, and Sarah Boyle; adored Nana of Ken, Joe, Tommy, Ben, and Archie (plus one); dear sister of the late Evelyn (the late Hermie); and fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Jane lived a life of love and charity. Dedicating herself to her family, friends, and helping those less fortunate than her. She regularly volunteered at Shriner's Hospital for Children and Luther Home in Arlington Heights. She adored being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and was devout in her faith. She will be deeply missed by all who know her.

Visitation Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 4pm until 8pm at Lauterburg - Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Funeral Service Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 10am at St. John United Church of Christ, 308 N Evergreen Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
