Janice M. Brennan

Janice M. Brennan was born on June 14, 1929 in Chicago to Edward and Florence (nee Brinker) Mathiessen. She died Monday, January 29, 2018 in Barrington.

She worked as a Secretary to the President of Victor Adding Machines in Chicago. Janice was an avid gardener, nature enthusiast, country music fan, seamstress and loved to travel throughout the United States. She was very knowledgeable and read to further her intellect. Janice loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and was loved by all.

Janice is survived by her children, Michael (Dorothy Yu) Brennan and Valerie (Brennan) Suriano; grandchildren, Briana Suriano, Brooke Brennan, and Alec Brennan.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter Beverly Brennan.

Visitation Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 9:00 am until the 12:00 pm Funeral Service at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Interment will be at Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago.
