Jarett James LaCaeyse was born on March 14, 1970 in Park Ridge, Illinois to James and Sharon (nee Semicke) LaCaeyse. He passed away Sunday, October 15, 2017.

Jarett was the Vice-President of Lead 'n Glass, the family owned and operated business. He enjoyed fishing, coaching his sons' football, basketball and PHWYBS baseball teams.

Jarett is survived by his parents, James and Sharon LaCaeyse; siblings, Coreen LaCaeyse Flynn, and Todd (Deborah) LaCaeyse; his sons, Fletcher James LaCaeyse, and Harrison David LaCaeyse; former spouse Elizabeth LaCaeyse; nieces, Angela Flynn, Madalyn Flynn, Emily LaCaeyse, Peyton LaCaeyse; significant other and advocate, Amy Bozza.

Visitation from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (4 blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, Illinois. Prayers 9:15 am, Friday, October 20, 2017 at the funeral home, proceeding to St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church, 411 N. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights, for Mass at 10:00 am. Interment private.
