Jerome Falkowski, 83, passed away on May 19, 2022, in Arlington Heights, IL.
Jerome was born on November 7, 1938 in Chicago, IL, to Anthony Falkowski and Helen Falkowski. Jerome graduated from Foreman High School in 1956 and went on to serve in the Army from 1958-1960.
Jerome married Christine Falkowski on November 24, 1962. The couple had 2 children, Lauri and Tom.
Jerome is survived by his wife Christine Falkowski of Arlington Heights, his children Lauri Hauser and Thomas Falkowski and grandchildren Kaitlyn, Eric and his wife Ashley, Annie and her husband Jonte.
Memorial Visitation for Jerry will be on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 9:00am until time of the Funeral Mass at 10:00am at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Interment will take place privately.
