John L. Kay March 28, 1932 in Chicago, to John and Mary (nee Dziubinski) Kwiatkowski. He passed away August 27, 2023 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.
John is survived by his wife Marilynn (nee Smoley) Kay; his children John R. Kay and Deborah Krause; his grandchildren Kristie, Matthew, Zachary, Nicholas, Ashley and Kyle.
He is preceded in death by his son Richard Kay; his brothers Donald and Robert and by his parents.
