Louise Rosalie Meier was born on August 13, 1919 in Gumbinnen, Germany to Adam and Justine (nee Janke) Arndt. She died Monday, November 27, 2017 at Belmont Village Assisted Living in Buffalo Grove, IL.
Mrs. Meier was both an artist who specialized in oil paintings along with being a beautician owning her own hair studio.
Louise is survived by her nieces, Marlene (Rich) Hedstrom and Arlene (Steve Colton) MacDonald.
She was preceded in death by her husband Art, her son Richard and her parents.
Visitation Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 12 noon until time of Funeral Service at 1pm, at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights, Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.), Arlington Heights, IL. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie, IL
