Marie H. Coleman was born August 9, 1922 in Chicago to Robert and Marie (nee Garinger) Layer. She died February 15, 2018 at the Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights.
Marie is survived by her daughter Mary (Pat) Mayo; her grandchildren Nate, Sam, Josh and Daniel; her nieces and nephews Bill Layer, Jane Raufus, Barb Harper, Peter Layer, Jim Layer and John Layer.
Marie is preceded in death by husband Joe Coleman; her brother Robert (Betty) Layer and by her parents.
Visitation Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 3 PM until the time of Memorial Service at 4 PM at St. John the Beloved Chapel, located at the Lutheran Home, 800 W. Oakton, Arlington Heights, with a reception to follow. Interment private.
