Mary Kay graduated from Saint Scholastica High School in Atchison, Kansas.
She was the beloved wife of the late Thaddeus “Ziggy” Zurawski; loving mother of Mark (Trish), Julie (George), Thad, Missey(Tom), and the late Lisa Marie; and cherished grandmother of Alek, Mark Patrick, Robert, Thad, Stephanie, Sam, Jake, and Mike.
Mary Kay was the oldest of four girls and was preceded in death by her sisters, Betty and Patricia.
More than anything, Mary Kay loved spending time with her family. She also found joy in cooking, sharing brandy Manhattans, and cheering on the Chicago Bears. Mary Kay never met a dog that she did not like.
Her family finds comfort in knowing she is at peace, reunited with her loved ones, and held in God’s eternal care.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
