Mary Kathryn McCabe

Mary Kathryn McCabe was born on May 8, 1931 in Chicago, to Eugene and Kathryn (nee Schroeder) Sullivan. She died Saturday, November 8, 2014 in Arlington Heights.Mrs. McCabe was a homemaker and a former hospital nurse. She was an active member of Our Lady of the Wayside Church for over 50 years.Mary is survived by her children, James E. (Elaine) McCabe, Ann M. Tovella, Carol M. (Dan) Zielinski, Robert J. (Mary) McCabe, John P. (Virginia) McCabe, Jeanne M. (Michael) Borta, and Marilyn A. McCabe; her grandchildren, Kelly, Brian, Kyle, Sarah, Daniel, David, Timothy, Robert Emmet, Maggie, Ellie, Jack, Matthew, Will, Molly, Charles and Samuel; her brothers Rev. Daniel Sullivan and Gene (Patricia) Sullivan; and her sister-in-law Anne.She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, James L. McCabe; her parents and her Brother Clifford.Visitation from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (3 blocks south of Palatine Rd.), Arlington Heights. Prayers 8:45 AM, Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from the funeral home proceeding to Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church, 440 S. Mitchell, Arlington Heights for 9:30 am Funeral Mass.
