We are absolutely heartbroken.  Kevin and Mike were the BEST of friends, speaking on the phone daily, golfing twice a week, softball teammates in their younger years and for the last several years Canadian fishing buddies. Kevin will miss hearing “hello friend!” each day and Dorrie will miss Mike’s “Eddie Hascal” compliments. Mike and Jan are also our best “couple friends”, celebrating every anniversary and birthday together. We will cherish our memories of traveling with Mike and Jan, especially our Mexico trips joined by Jackie and Dani. So many laughs! We will miss you, friend.  Rest Easy. We love you.

Mike was our neighbor for many years. He was an awesome guy and we are sad to hear this news.

Mike was one of the good guys and it was easy to see that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree after meeting and working with Charlie and Joan, and Mike and Joe, at the Palatine  print store.

It is always hard to understand when someone so full of life is gone so suddenly, but Mike would be the first to tell us to continue to live our life to the fullest and try to find a little humor in any situation.

Mike adored his wife and his two daughters and  always had a story or the latest update about them whenever we would talk.

May God Bless the Fisher Family and may Mike rest in peace while his spirit lives on through all of us that knew him and loved him.

I knew Mike from coaching soccer in Buffalo Grove. He was a great coach and was passionate about the game and player development.  He will be missed but will always be remembered. So sorry for your loss. Love to Janet, Jacki and Dani.

I had the privilege of working with Mike, albeit long distance, for the past few years at DCM.  A really lovely man who always made me laugh.  RIP Mike and my condolences to the family.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Fisher family. I was a co-worker of Mike's at DCM. I worked with Mike for 10 years across the border in Toronto. He would always pick me up at my hotel with a coffee when I had to visit the Chicago facility. He was such a great man to work with. I was heart broken to hear of his passing. Rest in Peace my friend.

So sorry to hear this.  I worked with Mike at DCM.  Best print shop manager I ever worked with.  Super nice guy.  Heaven just got a good one.  Condolences to the family, whom he spoke highly of, so often.
