Mio Yokochi, 36, was born on November 12, 1987, in Tokyo, Japan to Yoshitaka and Emiko (nee Shinbori) Yamada. She died Sunday, April 14, 2024, at Northwest Community Hospital, in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Mio was a homemaker. While residing in the United States for the last two years, Mio enjoyed and embraced her life in America.
Mio is survived by her husband, Fumito Yokochi; her son, Ren; her parents; and her sister Asako Yamada.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Monday, April 22, 2024, at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
