Nicholas V. Pagano Sr.

Nicholas V. Pagano Sr. was born March 6th, 1935 in Chicago, IL to Stephen and Ann Pagano. He died June 7th, 2023 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

Nicholas is survived by his son Nicholas Jr. (Cynthia) Pagano; his grandchildren Dr. Rebecca (Brett) Sadowski, Ryan Dorner and Katie Dorner and Meagan Pagano, Nicholas (Erica) Pagano and Caitlin (Lucca) Pagano-Peracchi; his great grandchildren James and Tyler Sadowski and Francesca Pagano; his brother Steve (Peggy) Pagano; his sister-in-law Joan Pagano and by many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Pagano, his parents, his daughter Patricia Dorner and his brother Vince Pagano.

Nick was a proud Italian and lifelong Cubs fan, whose fiercely independent spirit was matched only by his unwavering love and care for those around him. His infectious spirit and loving nature made him the life of every party and his kindness touched all those around him. His character and the fullness of his life will be deeply cherished and greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Visitation will take place Monday, June 12th, 2023 at St. Edna Catholic Church 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 9:00 AM until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment Private.
