Nora E. Hora, 94 of Arlington Heights was born November 21, 1921 in Chicago to Rocco and Emily (nee Davey) DeSilvia and passed away November 8, 2016. Nora was the beloved wife of the late Earl M. Hora; loving mother of David M. (Suzanne) Hora MD, Marjorie J. (John) Novak, Kathleen J. “Katie” (late Ron) Chudik and James P. (Sue Hoff) Hora; cherished grandmother of David Hora, Susan Hora, Michael Hora, Kathleen (Brian Lattin) Novak, Jack Novak, Steven (Michele) Chudik MD, Brian (Kim) Chudik DO, Amy (Matthew Mullane) Chudik DO, Matthew Chudik, Daniel Hora and Andrew Hora; great-grandmother of Thomas, Maxine, Derek, Jordan, Logan, Quinton, Eloise, Maggie, Elizabeth, Cullen, Emma, Maiya, Isabell, Sophie, Emily, Cooper, Lydia and Kensington (Nora) and dear sister of the late Edward DeSilvia and Raymond DeSilvia. Visitation will be Friday, November 11, 2016 from 8:30 am until time of prayers 9:00 am at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights and proceed to Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church, 440 S. Mitchell Street, Arlington Heights for funeral mass at 9:30 am. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery.
