Patricia B. Zielinski was born on December 16, 1926 in Chicago to Edwin and Ida (nee Musselman) Godfrey. She died Thursday, September 17, 2020 in Arlington Heights.

Mrs. Zielinski worked as a Cashier for Pesche's Grocery and Floral in Des Plaines for over 20 years. She loved camping, playing bridge, bowling, square dancing and Big Band music. Patricia loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandsons, and was loved by all.

Patricia is survived by her children, William (Lynn) Zielinski and Michael Zielinski; grandchildren, Matthew Zielinski, David Zielinski and Brian (Andrea) Zielinski; great-grandson, Wyatt Zielinski; nieces and nephews, Earl Olson, Cathy Gutowsky, Sue Redmond, Lee Godfrey, and Karen Dooley.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Zielinski; her parents; siblings; Edwin (Norma) Godfrey, Genevieve (Bob) McLain. Ruth (Jerry) Worel and Paul (Grace) Godfrey.

Visitation Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 9:00 am until the 11:00 am Funeral Service at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd. (capacity limits, PPE requirement, and social distancing in effect), 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (four blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Interment is private.
