Scott Allen Mall, age 55, passed away September 24, 2019 after a 12 year battle with diabetes.

He graduated from Central Montcalm High School in 1982, and played football at Olivet College before graduating in 1986. In 2006, he married Lynn Finke, the love of his life. She survives. He is also survived by his parents Thomas and Cathy Mall, brother Todd Mall, 2 sisters Angela (Al) Adams and Jodi (Andy) Mitchell along with 6 nieces and nephews - Emily, Julia, Mitchell, and Alan Adams along with Andrew and Jackson Mitchell. He was an active member of St. Peters Lutheran church in Arlington Heights, Illinois. He was known for his heart of gold, a bigger than life personality and a passion for Notre Dame football. He will be deeply missed by his family and everyone blessed to have known him.

Visitation Friday, September 27, 2019 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights and Saturday, September 28, 2019 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 111 W. Olive Street, Arlington Heights, From 10:00 AM until the time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment Ridgewood Cemetery.

There will be a memorial service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 908 W. Oak Street, Greenville, MI. All are welcome.
