It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Sharlene "Shar" Ann Toljanic (nee Korczyk), who left us on Friday, May 24, 2024. Sharlene was a beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend to many whose warmth and kindness touched all who knew her.
She leaves behind her children Michael (Christy) and Amanda who were the light of her life. She is also survived by her mother, Sally Grady, and her sister Christine Killian. Additionally, Shar is survived by her partner Craig Holder.
Her sudden departure has left an irreplaceable void in our hearts, but we take comfort in the countless memories we shared with her.
Shar's family will receive guests from 10:00 am until the time of the Remembrance at 2:00 pm., Sunday, June 2, 2024 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
She will be profoundly missed, but her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire us all.
Rest in peace, Sharlene. Your spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
