Stanley "Dee" Dzwoniarek

of Long Grove

Stanley Dzwoniarek was born on June 3, 1924 in Lubartow, Poland to Thomas and Stephanie Dzwoniarek. He died Wednesday, April 27, 2022 in Arlington Heights.

Mr. Dzwoniarek served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was co-owner of Celco in Schiller Park for over 20 years. Stanley belonged to the Rolling Green Country Club in Arlington Heights and the Quail Creek Country Club in Naples, FL. Stanley loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and was loved by all.

Stanley is survived by his wife of 70 years Marie (nee Bache); children, Lori Bodor and Thomas (Julie) Dzwoniarek; grandchildren, Amanda Bodor, Michael, Lisa and Anna Dzwoniarek; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his four siblings.

Visitation Monday, May 2, 2022 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (four blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Prayers 9:15 am, May 3, 2022 at the funeral home proceeding to St. Mary Parish, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 for a 10:00 am Funeral Mass. Entombment will be at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
