Sue Chin was born on November 6, 1930 in Toisan, China. She died Monday, June 13, 2022 in Arlington Heights.

Sue is survived by her children, Lina (Ron) Hamilton, Betty (Saulius) Ploplys, Marline (the late Matt) Wicks, Eddie (Mary) Chin, Susie (Jon) Forde, and Karen Chin; grandchildren, Chris Parker, Blake (Traci) Hamilton, Lisa (Karl) Pendergast, Laura (Matt) Judd, Bethanie Wicks, Justina Chin, Denise (Buwa) Baldeh, Andrew Pullum, Luke Forde and Adam Chin; great-grandchildren, Abigail (Jared) Wear, Emma Parker, Rebecca Parker, Ruth Parker, Justin Goodof, Lucas Hamilton, Avery Hamilton, Mason Pendergast, Colin Pendergast, Owen Pendergast, Micah Judd, Kiran Judd, Anseh Baldeh, Kelefa Baldeh, Mansa Baldeh, Kairo Pullum, Raine Pullum and Bumii Pullum; her sister-in-law, Deborah (the late James) Gong; nephew, David Gong and niece Katie (Jon) Grubb.

Sue is preceded in death by her husband Charles Chin; and her parents; grandson, Jason Chin; and brother, James Gong.

Visitation will be held Sunday, June 19, 2022 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 North Arlington Heights Road (four blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Funeral Service 10:00 am, Monday, June 20. 2022 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Stickney, IL..
