Susan Marie Adams

After obtaining her bachelor's degree and teaching high school art, she lovingly cared for her family as a dedicated homemaker. Throughout her life, she used her artistic talents and actively participated in organizations such as the Illinois Garden Club, where she served on the State Board and was also a member of the Northbrook, Desplaines and the South Barrington Garden Clubs. Additionally, she held positions as the president of Arden Shore Association, and was president of the PTA for Northbrook School District #28.

Susan is survived by her husband, Anthony; her children, Nancy and Frank (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Anthony, Frank, Angelina, and Michael; and her brother, James (Naomi) Lohnes and nephew Adam Lohnes.

Funeral Mass 10 am Saturday, February 17, 2024 at St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arl. Hts., IL. Visitation 9 am. Interment private.
