Thomas R. Velasco was born on November 5, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois to Thomas and Carol (nee Kornfeind) Velasco. He died Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Baptist Health Louisville, Kentucky.
Mr. Velasco was a system support engineer for Kyocera Document Solutions America where he was employed for over 30 years.
Thomas is survived by his mother, Carol E. Lamberson; his brother, Michael (Melissa) Velasco; his nephew, Michael K. Velasco, Jr., his niece, Alexa "Lexi" Velasco; and his aunt, Eileen Kornfeind.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas C. Velasco; his step-father, Melvin E. Lamberson; and his grandparents Theresa and Rudolf Kornfeind.
