William M. Rosado was born September 3, 1955, in Bronx, NY to Angel and Carmen Rosado. He was the oldest of six children. He died March 27, 2020, at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.
Bill was a proud U.S. Army Veteran who served in the U.S. Army beginning in 1974. He served 23 years, eight years in service and 15 years as a civilian logistics manager. At the age of 35, he was deployed to assist in Operation Desert Storm. This experience allowed him to appreciate the ability to walk as a free American. In addition to being a soldier in the Army, he became a soldier in the Lord's army at the age of 32 and continued to serve Jesus Christ until his final breath.
Bill loved fishing, bowling and playing dominos. He loved everything about fixing cars, he was the family mechanic. He was a devout Christian and very active in his faith community at The Life Church of Glenview. Most of all, Bill enjoyed spending time with his family.
William is survived by his wife Valoria (nee Frye) Rosado; his children Willie Rosado Jr., Carnesha Lofton, Luis (Alejandra) Rosado, Ryan Lofton, and Anthony Rosado; his grandchildren Owen, Tavione, Kayla, and Mia; his brothers Johnny Rosado, Angel Rosado, Carlos Rosado, George Rosado; his sister Abigail Medina Homs; his Mom Hilda Homs, and by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly.
William is preceded in death by his sister Ida L. Rosado and by his parents.

The family of Mr. William Rosado acknowledges with deep appreciation all of the acts of kindness shown to his family in their time of bereavement. Each act of kindness will be acknowledged at a later date.
