Chris was born Jan. 14, 1974, in Webster. He was a loving son, husband and father. He met his bride, Susan, while enjoying a hockey game, and they were married June 19, 2010. He dearly loved and idolized his children, Tessa and Ethan. He enjoyed life to the fullest. Chris was loved by his family and friends, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors: Wife, Susan Wittig; daughter, Tessa Newton; son, Ethan Moen; sisters, Shannon Holton, Allison Simpson and Rachel Hawkins; parents, James Moen, Teresa Skinner; grandparents, Don Moen, Joy and Floyd O'Pry; parents-in-law, Jeanine and Milt Wittig; brother-in-law, Ryan Wittig; his special friends, Gayla Gillespie, Paul Rushing and Courtney Fairlamb; and numerous other family members and friends.
